Owner & CEO of Primessio

Dariusz Wtykło

Owner and CEO of Primessio · entrepreneur and startup co-founder

I’m an entrepreneur, not a contractor. I’ve built my own company and co-founded several startups, and for over 20 years I’ve delivered systems that left no room for error — for banks, telcos, energy and public administration. I think about your business the way I think about mine: where money leaks, what really moves the needle, and what is worth building and what isn’t.

I think like an owner — because I am one

I run my own company and have co-founded several startups — I know what a wrong decision costs, because I’ve paid for mine. I treat your project as an investment, not a job ticket: what counts is the return, not the number of tasks “ticked off”.

You gain a partner for the conversation about the goal — one who says plainly what is worth it and what is wasting money, and takes responsibility for it.

Less risk — because I have delivered things that had to succeed

I have brought 50+ rollouts to completion where failure had real consequences: a system for the Headquarters of the State Fire Service (22,000 users, PLN 20.3m), a platform for the UKE, and the systems integration during the BGŻ–BNP Paribas bank merger. I know where projects fail, and I catch the signals before they turn into cost.

I run it with the discipline of proven methods (PRINCE2, Agile, IPMA) — but for you only one thing matters: a clear scope, managed risk and a single owner of the result.

I understand different business models — because I have built in many

I have built solutions in e-commerce, telecoms, banking, insurance, energy and public administration — from the project portfolio and PMO for Poland’s fastest-growing e-commerce (x-kom) to deliveries at T-Mobile, PKN Orlen, the Ministry of Finance, ING and Metro. Different worlds, the same skill: quickly understanding how a company makes money, and designing for exactly that.

So I won’t learn your industry at your expense — I ask the right questions from the first meeting.

I turn expensive software into an advantage

As an entrepreneur I hate wasting money — and most of it leaks not in the rollout but in the daily work: in rigid, off-the-shelf tools, in bloated processes and in poorly run delivery teams. I start with your process and the way you work: I put them in order, and only then choose or build technology made to measure.

The result is measurable: less time spent, fewer errors, lower running cost and a solution that grows with the company.

Frequently asked questions

Who am I actually working with?

With the owner, not a service desk. I run Primessio personally — as an entrepreneur who has built his own company and co-founded several startups. You bring on a partner invested in your result, not a contractor ticking off tasks.

Have you worked in my industry?

Most likely in a related one. I have built solutions in e-commerce, telecoms, banking, insurance, energy and public administration — including systems for the State Fire Service and the UKE, the PMO and project portfolio at x-kom, and the integration during the BGŻ–BNP Paribas merger. I know different business models from practice.

How do you limit the risk of a project going off the rails?

A clear scope up front, short cycles and empirical verification of every change. I catch warning signs early — while a correction is still cheap — and you have a single owner of the result.

What does process optimisation actually give me?

Instead of paying for rigid licences and features you never use, you get a solution fitted to your processes — less time spent, fewer errors, lower running cost and a system that grows with the company.
