I have led 50+ projects, running multidisciplinary teams of 5 to 75 people and budgets up to PLN 20m. I have worked in e-commerce, telecoms, banking, insurance, business services and public administration — on both the client and the vendor side.

Selected work
Decision-support system for the Headquarters of the State Fire Service (PSP) — a critical management system (budget PLN 20.3m, team 50+, 22,000 users), rolled out across the entire PSP and volunteer fire service.
Telecommunications Information Point for the UKE (pit.uke.gov.pl) — a GIS and BI system under the “Digital Poland” programme, giving operators fast insight into network infrastructure.
PMO and project portfolio at x-kom — for Poland’s fastest-growing e-commerce: CRM, ERP, Contact Center, logistics (12,000 m²), ATS, Marketing Automation (PLN 40–50m).
Systems integration during the merger of BGŻ and BNP Paribas banks — Contact Center, Work Force Management and infrastructure, with no service downtime. Plus BPM and Contact Center at T-Mobile, wholesale fuel sales at PKN Orlen, a central procurement system for the Ministry of Finance, and CRM at Metro Group and ING Bank Śląski.
