The challenge

Recruitment in care is a race for attention: offers change often (regions, rates) and competitors bid on the same keywords. The agency had to be found for „caregiver jobs in Germany” — in three languages — and then turn a searcher into an application fast.

The second challenge was data: applications arrived through several channels and had to be re-keyed into the internal system by hand. On top of that, migrating the existing site without losing rankings.

The solution

A multilingual website (PL/DE/EN) with a job portal: offers with filters, a clear card and their own SEO, plus a clean „find an offer → apply” path. Answer-first content addresses candidates' real questions (legality, insurance, the process) — for Google and AI.

At its heart is a real-time application funnel: the form securely (HMAC-signed) pushes each application straight into the agency's internal system — no re-keying, no lost leads. All migrated with 301s, GDPR-compliant and measured in GA4.

Yes. Each offer is described with structured JobPosting data and answer-first content, which qualifies it for Google Jobs and increases the chance of being cited in AI answers about care jobs.

Will migration hurt our rankings?

Not if it is done properly. We map old offer and page URLs, set up 301s and watch indexing after go-live. The goal: zero loss of hard-won rankings and links.

What about GDPR for candidate data?
