What to put in the first message
Three things are enough: the business goal, the date by which you need the result, and a rough budget range. With that we can tell you honestly whether the work fits us and what the shortest route to the goal looks like.
If it concerns an existing website, shop or system, include the address. We usually look at it before replying, so the first call starts with conclusions rather than fact-finding.
How the first call works
It takes about 30 minutes and costs nothing. We talk about the goal and the constraints, not about price lists. You leave with an outline of scope and a clear view of what is still missing before anyone can quote responsibly — even if we never end up working together.
If a simpler route than a project with us solves the problem, we say so. We would rather lose the work than build something nobody needs.
Markets and languages
We work with companies in Poland and Germany and correspond in English, Polish and German. Software and content are built per market — one message is not translated three times, it is written separately for each audience.
Questions people ask before writing
Does the first call cost anything?
No. The first call (around 30 minutes) is there to establish whether and how we can help. We quote only once the scope is clear enough to quote honestly.
How fast do you reply?
Messages sent on a business day are usually answered the same or the next business day. If it is urgent, say so in the subject line and we will call you back.
Do you work remotely or on site?
We work remotely and run most projects that way. On-site meetings around Warsaw are possible when they genuinely add something, for example a workshop with your team.
Will you sign an NDA before we talk?
Yes, when the project calls for it. Mention it in your first message and we will sign the NDA before any details are exchanged.
