Project management

Agile · PRINCE2 · IPMA · PMO

We run small, medium and large projects — Agile, PRINCE2, IPMA. A clear scope, managed risk and one team accountable for the result. It is the discipline our founder built across 50+ rollouts for companies and public administration.

Outcome

50+projects led by the founder
5–75people in the teams led
up to 20mPLN budget in a single rollout

Led, not improvised

We map the process, roles and rules, plan stages and manage risks before they become problems. We match the method to the project — Agile where pace and change matter; PRINCE2/IPMA where rigour and accountability matter.

PMO and control over the portfolio

We build or tidy a Project Management Office: standards, tools and a way of thinking. We manage vendors, schedule and budget — so decisions are fast and progress stays visible.

Frequently asked questions

What method do you use?

We choose it per project: Agile when pace and change matter; PRINCE2/IPMA when rigour, accountability and scale matter. We often blend approaches, as on large public rollouts.

Do you run large, complex projects too?

Yes — our founder led rollouts up to PLN 20m and teams up to 75 people, including for central administration and banks. We scale that discipline to the size of your project.

Can you sort out our PMO?

Yes — we build or tidy a Project Management Office: standards, tools, reporting and ways of working, so the portfolio is under control and decisions are fast.

Got a project that needs to reach the finish line?

We will run it with discipline proven on large rollouts — at the scale of your business.
