Case study · Website + SEO / AEO
Website and search visibility for a 24-hour home-care agency
A fast WordPress website plus local SEO and AEO (optimisation for AI answers) for the German in-home 24-hour care market — designed, built, migrated and grown by Primessio. Marketing and engineering in one.

The challenge
In-home 24-hour care in Germany is a crowded and highly sensitive market (YMYL): a family is entrusting a loved one, so trust decides everything. The client needed to show up in local searches (Baden-Württemberg and Spain) instead of getting lost among agencies.
On top of that: migrating an existing presence — without losing hard-won rankings and links — and a site that turns an anxious family looking for help into a concrete enquiry.
The solution
A fast, custom WordPress theme designed for trust and conversion: a clear „problem → how it works → contact” path, credible trust signals, and the questionnaire front and centre.
Plus a master-level SEO and AEO programme: local pages per region, topic architecture (pillars and clusters), authorship and E-E-A-T, answer-first content for AI, llms.txt, 301 redirects rebuilt from the Wayback archive to protect rankings, IndexNow and structured data. All GDPR-compliant and measured in GA4.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a website with SEO take for a local business?
The first version of the site goes live within a few weeks, and SEO and AEO grow iteratively — it is a process, not a one-off push. We agree scope and keywords during discovery, before the first sub-page exists, so the right content architecture is in place from the start.
What is AEO (AI search) and why does my business need it?
AEO is optimisation for AI-generated answers (Google AI Overviews, assistants, ChatGPT). We write answer-first content, add structured data and an llms.txt file so your business is cited as a source when people ask AI — not only in classic Google results.
Will migrating my site hurt Google rankings?
Not if it is done properly. We map old URLs and set up 301 redirects (rebuilt from the Wayback archive where needed), split DNS for web and mail, and watch indexing after go-live. The goal: zero loss of hard-won rankings and links.
What about GDPR and health content (YMYL)?
GDPR compliance is built in: a consent banner, data in the EU, minimal tracking. Care and health content (YMYL) is built with authorship and E-E-A-T signals, because Google and AI demand extra credibility here.
What happens after launch?
Launch is the start of the visibility work. We keep developing content, refresh it (freshness is key in YMYL), improve Core Web Vitals and run off-site work: Google profile, consistent NAP, links and presence in AI answers.
Got a local business that should show up in Google and in AI?
We will design, build and rank a website that builds trust and turns traffic into enquiries — on local SEO, AEO and 20 years of team experience.
